So far when I hear the word tengkleng, then in our mind pictured a refined cuisine goat bones. However, now at a shop in the area Keprabon, tengkleng not based goat. But modified from fish rearing.
Offered tastes do not differ much with tengkleng goat, because the flavor processed almost the same. The price offered ranging from Rp 5,000 to get a piece of carp and Rp 14,500 to buy a whole.
There is also tongseng carp and carp fry spices with almost the same price and all special menus. (Ren)
